Coordinated Wire Rope has always put special emphasis on customer service. Although, the vast majority of fabrication is done in our facility, many times, the customer has a need for such on-site service as spooling, swaging wire rope, poured zinc sockets and rigging inspecting.
Because of customer needs, Coordinated Wire Rope has invested thousands of dollars to build one of kind service equipment such as a palletized, self powered 600 ton wire rope press. This unique piece of equipment can be placed shipboard, on oil platforms or virtually anywhere, on-site, where there is a need to fabricate end fittings for up to 1-1/2" diameter wire rope. Another unique piece of service equipment is a completely self contained service truck with splicing vise, lift boom, generator, 500 ton ESCO press, zinc pot and pouring tower. This truck can also swage up to 1-1/2" diameter wire rope. Photos 2A & 2B
On-site spooling is a tough job that requires very experienced operators and very powerful equipment to remove and install large diameter and long lengths of wire ropes. These spooling trucks must be kept in first class working order as they are often given little notice before being sent out on the toughest jobs. Coordinated has a mobile spooling machine that can spool up to 2500 ft. of 2-1/2" wire rope. Photos 3A & 3B
In-shop, our ESCO MARK 250 can swage wire rope sleeves up to 3" diameter wire rope as well as swage open and closed sockets to 2". The “Giant” of presses is our 4000 ton four post which can press up to 4" diameter. Photos 4A & 4B
Coordinated also has a rotary swaging machine for attaching MS & NAS aerospace fittings such as ball, shank and stud ends. Photo 5
Delivery trucks become the lifeline between Coordinated and the customer. We currently maintain a fleet of top notch delivery vehicles that can be seen daily on roads and freeways making sure customers receive their orders ON-TIME every day. Photos 6A & 6B
